Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
Level: Barely Cooking
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and a generous pinch of salt in a large bowl.
- In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Working in two batches, sear shrimp until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
