Garlic Shrimp


Level: Barely Cooking

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt


  1. Combine all ingredients and a generous pinch of salt in a large bowl.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Working in two batches, sear shrimp until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
