Spicy Green Sauce (Pio Pio Copycat)


Level: Barely Cooking

  • 1 cup mayo (use full-fat mayo! Low-fat mayo take like shiz)
  • 1 cup of cilantro
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend em till smooth!
  2. Add salt & pepper to taste
  3. Serve with roasted chicken, roasted veggies, or rice with shrimp
