Ginger Bok Choy



(Serves 3-4 as a side dish)

Level: Super Easy

  • 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
  • 6 baby Bok Choy, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How TF to Make It

  1. In a large skillet with a lid, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. Once the pan is VERY hot, add ginger swirl it around in the oil, and then add the bok choy cut side down. (The cut side should be touching the pan)
  3. Sear the bok chop for 2-3 minutes until the cut side starts to brown
  4. Add in soy sauce and cover with a lid
  5. Cook an additional 2 minutes till bok choy is cooked through
  6. Serve it up and pour the reduced soy sauce on top
